Crow Medicine

Good morning, all beings of the Universe!

The Spirit names I have been given are Woman Who Stands on Two Mountains, from the Star People Clan and Walks Gentle Healing Earth Woman from the Elk Clan. I am guided by the white eagle, white bear, the wolf, and the windigocon. I am a Rainbow Warrior. People call me Karen. I am honoured to be here.

I open the day with this acknowledgment of myself to honour who it that I am not to brag or puff myself out. It is through the acknowledge of self that one can stand in their truth, speak their truth and be who it they are meant to be. It was a long time before I could say who I am without feeling odd or boastful. Today, I am humbled when I introduce myself and realize how very small I am in relationship to All That Is.

The purpose of my blog is to be of service to those who come by this site. My guides have instructed me to use this site for daily readings from the various sets of sacred cards in my care. The card for the day will be appropriate for those who visit. If the words are not required by regular viewers, they will simply not come to the site for the day.

The card drawn for the day comes from a lovely set from Jamie Sams & David Carson called Medicine Cards. It is the Crow Medicine Card Number 24. It says:

" As you learn to allow your personal integrity to be your guide, your sense of feeling alone will vanish. Your personal will can then emerge so that you will stand in your truth. The prime path of true Crow people says to be mindful of your opinions and actions. Be willing to walk your talk, speak your truth, know your life's mission, and balance past, present and future in the now."

What does personal integrity mean? For me it means that I am honest and my words and thoughts come from Spirit verses Ego. It means for me to come from a place of non judgment. It means being sincere and kind. What does it mean for you? If you don't know then you could meditate with the intention of receiving clarity about what personal integrity is for you. Standing in your truth is an amazing place to be. Getting there can be a challenge or a beautiful journey of observation. The choice is always yours.

Thanks for being!

Love, Light and Pure Joy,

Karen

  1. Good morning Karen from northern New Brunswick Canada, on the unceded terrorities of the Mi'kmaq and Pasmaquacoddy Nations. I was googling for inspiration for a memorial service for my friend David who recently died of cancer. He was a spiritual, imperfect human being who took pride in being "Windi" or Windigocon and so I was looking for some way to describe this to people coming to his service this coming Wednesday.
Creator led me to this blog post of yours and I had to write to say Thank you/ Wela'lin for these words. I am guided by the Crow and the Wolf but didn't remember to call on that guidance until reading your post.
Thank you for your words and I pray for your continuing health and good words to come.
